KICK-ONS returns this week with some minty fresh NMDs, Uptiempos and some skate friggen dope skate kicks.

Adidas x Norse Projects Campus 80 PrimeKnit

Norse Projects is an all time favourite brand of mine and while collabs are becoming more and more mainstreams I’m still pleased to see them take on one of Adidas staple sneakers of the past, the Campus 80. Released alongside the chunky Terrax, this iteration sees modern cuts through the primeknit to show off the classic 3-Stripes in a unique PK weave.

Vans Vault x Proper Old Skool Horween

You guys figured out I dig skate shoes yet? Maybe it’s the flat sole, but skate shoes have firmly placed themselves as an option from everything from daily beaters to high fashion. Propers collab with Vans sees them wrapped in American Horween Buffalo leather, cotton laces and pigskin liner. Maybe ollie these, they’re too beautiful.

Nike Air More Uptempo ‘96 ‘Cool Grey’

More like Neapolitan Air More Uptempo am I right? The “Tri-Color” flavours, White, Grey and Black on the Uptempo somehow subtly draws attention further to the AIR lettering than past versions. Clear Air Tanks complete the monochrome look on one of Nike’s much loved fat sneakers.

Adidas Iniki Runner

Can this still be called a sleeper hit? I don’t think it ever was and you don’t often see the Iniki’s sitting on shelves despite being dubbed the 2017 Roshe. Dropped in two new colourways this week, simply black and white, the Iniki’s Boost sole and low price point make these an accessible and easy beater to pick up.

Adidas NMD_R1 PrimeKnit “Japan” Pack

The drop of the week was without a doubt Adidas giving a wider release to what was one of the hardest sneakers to cop this time last year, the “Japan” pack monochrome NMD’s. Dropped in all white and all black, the sneaker features Japanese letting on the front block and heel tab, these are clean. They were still sitting on shelves at J Sports yesterday so you can still cop a pair if you’re so inclined.
