News of Eden Hazard’s return from injury will be music to the ears of Chelsea fans.
If there is anyone to save the day at Chelsea, it’s Hazard. The Belgian midfielder hasn’t played since breaking his ankle in June. Chelsea manager Antonio Conte could be set to bring the 26-year-old back into the squad early against arch-rivals Tottenham. Hazard’s big test will be whether he can prove himself fit in a training practice game this week.
It’s fair to say that even after one game, the Blues are in crisis mode right now.
- Not only have the lost key midfielder Nemanja Matic to Man United, Cesc Fabregas and Gary Cahill will sit out for three games after receiving red cards against Burnley on the weekend.
- Let’s not forget to mention that star striker Diego Costa has expressed his angry feels at Chelsea, and desire to return to Atletico Madrid.
- Pedro is also still recovering from a head injury suffered in pre-season.
If you’re Conte, do you bring back Hazard early or let him recover to full fitness?
