‘Ronaldo has United in his heart’.

Former Madrid President Ramon Calderon thinks Ronaldo’s return is more than possible. In an incredible turn of events, reports coming out of Portugal state Cristiano Ronaldo is ready to walk out on Real Madrid and Spain for good. It comes after Ronaldo was accused of defrauding Spanish tax authorities €14.7million.

Former Madrid President believes Ronaldo could make a fairy-tale return to his first love Manchester United.

“I think it is very difficult (to change his mind), Calderon told SunSport.

“I had the same situation with Manchester United when he wanted to leave and I signed him.”

“He said, ‘I want to leave’ and that was that.”

Unlike many other stars who received criticism after leaving their beloved clubs, Ronaldo was praised by all at Old Trafford.

Ronaldo’s relationship with Former Manager Sir Alex Ferguson is no secret to the football world. The man who discovered the world’s best player could have one hell of an influence on Ronaldo’s return.

“Sir Alex Ferguson was like a father and he loved the fans.”

“The club has been very important in his career. Manchester United is a club he has in his heart.”

Fergie is the link that will essentially make this deal happen or not. Current manager Jose Mourinho and Ronaldo ended on bad terms at Madrid and Fergie may be the only one to heal the wounds.

Ferguson always believed Ronaldo would return to Manchester.

What a story it would be!
