Emmanuel Adebayor was once one of the most feared strikers in the English Premier League. His CV isn’t too bad either, with stints for rivals Arsenal and Tottenham, Manchester City and Real Madrid.

Transitioning to Turkey hasn’t been an issue for the 33 year old Togolese striker. He’s already making his mark on the Turkish Super League, scoring six goals from seven games.

His latest hat-trick against Galatasaray prevented any chance of a title for the 20 time Turkish Champions. Founded in just 2014, İstanbul Başakşehir have edged closer to leaders Beşiktaş. Adebayor could potentially lead these guys to their first ever league title!

Funnily enough, he’s still chasing his first club league title.
