Perth Glory forward Andy Keogh has been featured alongside the worlds best in FIFA 17’s Team of the week.

Other notable stars making TOTW were Liverpool’s Sadio Mane, Chelsea stars Eden Hazard and N’Golo Kante.

The Irishman has been on fire in the first five rounds of the Hyundai A-League, leading the race for the golden boot with five goals from five games.

“Great feeling, something to always cherish but a big part was my team in helping create the chances,” Keogh told THE TURF. I just had to put them away.

A hat-trick for Perth in their 3-2 away win over Melbourne City caps off a stunning month for Keogh.

Keogh is confident he can win this years golden boot award.

“Of course I can, I go out to score every game and with the quality in our side I have every chance”

Despite reaching his 30’s, Keogh feels he has plenty of football left in the tank. The Irish international believes he has unfinished business with the Glory.

“I have achieved a lot of personal goals in my career and I still have many little ones but the last main one is to win the A league with Glory.”

“Closest I can ever be to replicating my favourite player Ronaldo.”
