Sutton United has become the talk of the town ahead of their upcoming clash with Arsenal in the FA Cup.
Sutton’s effort to reach the fifth round of the FA Cup is nothing short of a miracle. Last night Lincoln City reached the FA Cup Quarter Finals after defeating Premier League club Burnley. For two Non-League clubs to make it this far in the historic tournament just proves the magic of the cup.
What you are seeing normally only happens in the movies.
The Sun has taken advantage from Sutton’s worldwide media attention by cashing in as a one off sponsor for Sutton’s clash with the Gunners.
Some unconfirmed reports are suggesting that the offer is in the five figure range. 🤑🤑🤑🤑
There is no doubt that a deal like this could change the club forever, but some fans are unhappy their original sponsor is being scrapped for The Sun.

Huge shame that Sutton United have allowed vile 'newspaper' the Sun to replace Gander Green Lane as sponsors for their showpiece game. #£££ https://t.co/wbzJcf3vjv

Pretty disappointed that @suttonunited chose to allow The Sun to ruin their kit on Monday. Hope any money gained from that goes to charity.
