It’s happening! Paul Pogba and his brother Florentin Pogba will meet in the Europa League, Round of 32.
The Europa League draw revealed that Paul Pogba’s Manchester United will play French side AS Saint-Étienne.
Early days at AS Saint-Étienne was no walk in the park for 26 year old Florentin Pogba. After a difficult first season, the hardworking centre-back managed to break through into the first team. Known for his aerial ability and strength, fans regard Florentin as a wall in defence for Les Verts.
A successful 2015/16 campaign saw Saint-Étienne playing for a Europa League spot. The Southern French side advanced from the group stage undefeated with three wins and three draws.
Florentin pledged his international allegiance to Guinea, whilst Paul opted to play for France.
Despite the hype of the fixture announcement, Florentin will need to make his mark in the back four this season.
The tall defender has only played 13 games this season.
