Zlatan Ibrahimovic to Manchester United in final stages of completion

Sky Sports sources have revealed that Manchester United executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward and Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s agent Mino Raiola are in advanced talks to pen Zlatan’s signature before Euro 2016.

Zlatan’s transfer to Old Trafford has been inspired by the arrival of newly appointed manager Jose Mourinho, also known as ‘the special one’.

The deal will be The Portugese manager’s first marquee signing, which will see Zlatan sign a one year contract on a free transfer to United.

Not so long ago, Mourinho was on the receiving end of jeers and whistles from the United faithful when he managed rivals Chelsea FC.

Ibrahimovic has longed for a move to the Premier League, and is reportedly keen to reunite with his former manager Mourinho.

The Swedish striker worked under Mourinho at Inter Milan winning three Italian Serie A titles.

“Ibra is a player I’ll never forget, because he’s very good. He gave a lot to my team and I never forget the players who helped my teams to win.
