Lionel Messi has won his 5th Ballon d’Or, in a landslide
victory over Cristiano Ronaldo and Neymar Jr.

A win for Ronaldo would have put the pair equal on four
trophies each, but Messi was a clear winner this year.

The Argentine had 41.33% of votes, and it makes sense once
you look at the statistics.

In 2015 alone, Messi scored 52 goals whilst racking up 26
assists in 61 games. He scored in all six tournaments participated by Barcelona,
where they won five of those tournaments.

“It’s incredible, much more than anything I dreamed of
as a kid”, said Messi.

KLOPPS FRIENDLY WARNING TO PEP

Jurgen Klopp has passed on an important piece of advice for
long-time manager Pep Guardiola. He has warned the Bayern manager that life in
the Premier League is a new world compared to the other leagues of Europe.

The Liverpool manager admitted that he wasn’t aware the
League Cup semi-final was played over two legs, whilst dwelling over their
hectic schedule.

FA CUP DRAW

The fourth round of the FA Cup draw has been released and to
be honest, there aren’t a lot of blockbuster clashes in this one.

Our potential game to watch will definitely be Eastleigh v
Leeds Utd. Everybody loves an underdog and that’s exactly what Eastleigh is. They
are the last non-league side in the FA Cup and will play Leeds if they can
overcome Bolton in their FA Cup replay.

 CA$H MONEY BOURNEMOUTH

Newly promoted Premier League side Bournemouth
are on a spending spree, signing Lewis Grabban and Benik Afobe for a combined price
of $17m.

Grabban, former Bournemouth player scored 22 times in the
2013-14 season, but will definitely have to earn his spot in a rising side.

Juan Iturbe is another marquee signing for the club, who is
on loan from A.S Roma.

The Cherries are desperate to have the Argenitnian ready for
their upcoming game against West Ham.

It is a race against time for us and we are in the hands of
the Premier League and the FA. We still have a few hurdles to overcome.

“We just want to have Juan available. He has looked very
good in training over the past few days and we are excited. Fingers crossed it
all comes through in time.”
